A trial can feel free while still having a future payment attached. Your useful reference is the subscription’s current billing screen and receipt.
Find the correct billing account
Open the subscription controls for the Google Account that made the purchase. Google’s subscription documentation explains cancellation and explicitly distinguishes it from uninstalling the app. If the subscription is absent, check the receipt and account before assuming it has ended. A purchase billed directly by a developer may need that developer’s controls instead.
Read the next charge, not an old advertisement
Our suggested checklist is the next billing date, the amount shown, the billing interval and the features you actually used. Record those details privately if you need to make the decision later. Do not infer an annual total from a promotional monthly figure without checking what the checkout or subscription screen says.
Keep evidence of your decision
If you choose to cancel, complete the provider’s flow and inspect the resulting status or confirmation. Removing the app from your phone is not that confirmation. Set your own reminder early enough to revisit a trial while you can still decide calmly. This guide does not determine refund eligibility or guarantee a cancellation deadline; the account’s current terms and billing provider remain the relevant sources.
