APP FIELDNOTES

A few useful answers.

What App Fieldnotes covers, and how to use it.

Can I download APK files here?

No. We publish editorial information and link to official stores or verified developer websites. We do not host installation files, promote modified APKs or offer hacking tools.

Which platforms do you cover?

Android, iPhone/iPad and PC. Each article lists the versions it covers; PC compatibility distinguishes Windows, macOS and Linux. Store availability can differ by region and device.

Have you personally tested every product?

No. The current reviews are labeled as research reviews based on official sources. Hands-on coverage will say what was actually tested, on which device and when.

Are all the apps and games free?

No. Some products are paid or include subscriptions, advertising or purchases. Always check the current official listing before installing or paying.

Where is my reading list saved?

In this browser on this device. Your reading desk keeps saved articles, completed reads and selected platforms. Export a reader backup and import it on another device to merge your choices; this is a manual transfer, not automatic synchronization. Clear your reading data on the privacy page.

Do I need an account?

No. You can browse articles without an App Fieldnotes account. Saved articles and reading preferences stay in your browser; they do not synchronize across devices.

Why can an event date change?

Organizers can revise schedules. Event briefings show the announcement source and when we checked it. Always check the organizer’s latest information before making plans.

How do event calendar files work?

Download the calendar file from an event briefing and import it into your calendar app. It marks the event’s listed calendar dates as all-day entries, not an exact start-time reminder. The downloaded copy does not update automatically; check the official announcement for changes. Calendar exports are disabled for postponed or cancelled events.
